Article 62,63 has now been effectively destroyed by the Judiciary. The entire election process is in the hands of judiciary. They cannot blame the government or the army now. Every traitor, enemies, criminal, murderer, corrupt, Zani, sharabi and snuggler have now been cleared to take part in the elections.

Violation of Constitution is called treason. If Musharraf can be tried for violating the Constitution, then surely judges can also be tried for treason and violating article 62,63.
