Rule of the majority is Haram in Islam. It is
always going to be rule of Quran and Sunnah, even if the majority votes
for the opposite. The system of Khilafat is NOT democracy NOR it is
dictatorship -- It is an incredible balance of divine powers
used with humility, wisdom and responsibility by the leader under the
advice of the finest of the finest of the society through Shoora ! If
you try to understand this divine model through the laws of western
democracy or dictatorship, then you would always be confused. This is a
unique model of Islam and we have made our choice -- Takeel e Pakistan
on Khilafat e Rashida or Shahadat !! No more kufr now !
